Five Features to Boost Workflow Efficiency
- Search Promotion Titles - Name your promotions something that makes sense to you, and consider using dates or categories as part of the naming convention, because subject lines aren’t always related. That way, using the search bar to search for promotion titles is most likely to return helpful results. Also, group promotions. This makes isolating the promotion you’re searching for that much easier.

- RSS to Email – The RSS to email feature automates the blog post to inbox process. Hands-free, subscribers will receive an email in their inbox when you publish a post (or at intervals you set.) Do you have multiple RSS feeds? No problem. Now you can name your feeds something that will help you keep them straight. Learn how to do that here.
- Compare Stats – If you want to see what stats look like across multiple sends, there’s the “Compare” button. You can look at hard numbers and graphs to compare the effectiveness of subject lines, content or links across campaigns.
- Multi-user – This feature allows a ‘parent’ umbrella account to manage permissions and content of ‘child’ accounts. If you work with a team or want to keep lists and brands separate, that’s what this feature is for. Each child account has their own username and password, so team members can work independently.
