At Mad Mimi, we place a huge emphasis on providing knock-your-socks-off customer support. We have a dedicated team of community therapists who serve this role, and each of them completes a rigorous training program before flying solo with our customers.

The average Mad Mimi user isn’t a full-time email marketing specialist. The average user is a small business owner who has a ton of other responsibilities. And we love helping them spread the word about their business (or nonprofit, or band, or blog).
